Description
The Perlick Bartender's Cockpit™ PCE78-C-4 is a freestanding, preconfigured stainless steel cocktail station measuring 78 in wide. It combines an insulated ice storage vault, ice chest with a 10-circuit cold plate, drainboard, utility sink, faucet, glass rinser and speed rails for high-volume cocktail service.
- Ice storage and chilling: Includes a 12 in insulated ice storage vault and a 24 in ice chest with a 10-circuit cold plate and dividers.
- Prep and cleanup: Includes an 18 in left-side drainboard and a 12 in utility sink with glass rinser and recessed front cubby.
- Bar access: Includes curved speed rails on both ends, a 12 in single speed rail and a 12 in slanted speed rack.
- Water service: Includes a splash-mount gooseneck faucet with swing spout and dual foot-operated water valves.
