The Perlick Bartender’s Cockpit™ PCE78-B-4 is a freestanding, preconfigured cocktail station designed to support high-volume cocktail service.
Its stainless steel configuration includes an insulated bottle well with soda manifold housing, a 24-inch ice chest with a 10-circuit cold plate, an 18-inch drainboard, a utility sink with glass rinser, speed rails, a slanted speed rack, and foot-operated water valves.
