The Perlick Bartender’s Cockpit™ PCE78-A-MB is a 78-inch stainless steel preconfigured station with a Modbar base and die wall for high-volume cocktail service.
It includes an 18-inch left-side drainboard, a 12-inch insulated bottle well, a 24-inch ice chest with a 10-circuit cold plate, a 3-piece sliding cover and dividers, curved speed rails, a 12-inch slanted speed rack, and a utility sink with glass rinser and recessed front cubby.
Water service includes a splash-mount gooseneck faucet with swing spout and dual foot-operated water valves.
