The Perlick Bartender's Cockpit™ PCE68-C-MB is a 68-inch preconfigured cocktail station with a Modbar base and die wall, stainless steel construction, and a single-compartment utility sink.
This configuration includes an insulated ice storage vault, 24-inch ice chest with 10-circuit cold plate, drainboard, speed rails, slanted liquor rack, glass rinser, gooseneck faucet, and dual foot-operated water valves.
- Ice management: 12-inch insulated ice storage vault and 24-inch ice chest with stainless dividers and a 3-piece sliding cover.
- Work area: 12-inch left-side drainboard with an 18-gauge stainless steel honeycomb perforated insert.
- Sink: Single-compartment utility sink with integrated glass rinser and recessed front cubby.
- Bar organization: Curved speed rails, a 12-inch single speed rail, and an 8-inch slanted speed rack.
