Description
PCE68-B-MB is a 68-inch stainless steel Bartender’s Cockpit™ preconfigured cocktail station with a Modbar base and diewall. It combines a left-side drainboard, insulated bottle well with soda manifold housing, 24-inch ice chest with 10-circuit cold plate, speed rails, utility sink, glass rinser, faucet, and dual foot-operated water valves for high-volume cocktail service.
The bottle well holds up to 6 750 mL bottles or 4 1 L stor-n-pours. The station also includes a three-piece sliding ice chest cover, ice chest dividers, and a recessed front cubby in the utility sink.

Bottle well with soda manifold housing
The insulated bottle well holds up to 6 750 mL bottles or 4 1 L stor-n-pours and includes a tool-free flip-down soda manifold mount for a standard soda gun system.
Ice chest and cold plate
The 24-inch ice chest includes a 10-circuit cold plate, three-piece sliding cover, and ice chest dividers.
Drainboard
A 12-inch left-side drainboard is included.
Bartender storage and rails
Includes curved speed rails on the left and right ends, a 12-inch single speed rail, and an 8-inch slanted speed rack.
Utility sink
The 12-inch by 27-1/2-inch utility sink includes a glass rinser and recessed front cubby.
Faucet and foot-operated valves
Includes a splash-mount gooseneck faucet with swing spout and dual foot-operated water valves.
