Description
The Perlick Bartender’s Cockpit™ PCE68-B-4 is a freestanding, preconfigured cocktail station designed to support high-volume cocktail service. It combines a left-side drainboard, insulated bottle well with soda manifold housing, ice chest with cold plate, speed rails, prep sink, glass rinser, faucet, and foot-operated water valves in a 68 in wide stainless steel station.
- Bottle service: The 12 in insulated bottle well holds up to six 750 ml bottles or four 1 L stor-n-pours and includes a soda manifold housing.
- Ice management: The 24 in ice chest includes a 10-circuit cold plate, dividers, and a three-piece sliding cover.
- Work surface: The 12 in left-side drainboard has a perforated insert designed to promote airflow for glass drying.
- Bar organization: The station includes curved speed rails, a 12 in single speed rail, and an 8 in slanted speed rack.
- Prep area: The utility sink includes a glass rinser and recessed front cubby, paired with a splash-mount gooseneck faucet with swing spout and dual foot-operated water valves.
