The unit includes an LED digital temperature display, a 3/4 in. thick cutting board, two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, and heavy-duty caster wheels. Construction includes a 430 stainless steel exterior, 304 stainless steel interior, and stucco aluminum back panel.
