The Spiral Fry™ Fine Cut Garnish Kutter is a manual vegetable slicer for preparing fine-cut garnishes. It mounts securely on a flat surface for left- or right-handed operation.
A preset drive depth protects the potato holder from contact with the cutting blade, while the easy-action screw drive automatically releases at the end of the stroke to retract for fast reloading. Construction combines cast aluminum and stainless steel.
