Hydra-Kool KBD-CG-50-S is a full-service bakery display case with self-contained forced-air refrigeration and a 36°F to 40°F temperature range.
The case has tilt-out curved tempered front glass, tempered glass sides, and removable rear tempered sliding glass doors. Three adjustable, removable tempered-glass shelves and LED lighting in the canopy and under the shelves provide product display space.
Additional features include a 1/2 HP compressor, 115 V electrical connection with a NEMA 5-20P plug, digital temperature control and display, leveling feet, and a removable condensate evaporating pan.
