ISP61-2D is a special-order, two-section sandwich/salad prep refrigerator with a stainless steel top opening for 16 1/6 pans, which are included. The unit has one solid hinged door, two drawers, one adjustable shelf, and a removable cutting board.
Temperature is controlled from 33°F to 40°F with an electronic thermostat and digital LED display. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost. The unit includes 2-1/2-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked.
