The IKON Cooking IRB-36 LP is a 36-inch LP gas radiant broiler with three 35,000 BTU “U” shape burners and manual controls.
Three-position cast iron grates allow cooking at different heights, while 10-gauge cast iron radiants provide the radiant cooking surface. Pilot lights can be lit from the front.
The stainless steel cabinet has double-wall insulated sides, back and side splash guards, a removable full-width crumb tray, adjustable stainless steel legs, non-skid feet, a rear flue, and a rear gas regulator. A natural gas conversion kit ships with the unit.
