Engineered for busy cafés, bars and satellite kitchens, the Jet-Tech F18C delivers fully sanitized, spot-free ware in a single 2 min 30 sec cycle. A powerful 3/4 HP wash pump, 185 °F final rinse, and rugged 304 stainless-steel construction guarantee consistent results shift after shift while holding operating costs to a minimum—just 2.8 L (0.74 gal) of water per cycle.
