The Sierra C1418E brings high-volume conveyor cooking to any back-of-house space— without the footprint of a full-size deck oven. A 14 inch stainless-steel conveyor belt, adjustable top & bottom infrared heaters, and variable speed control give you precision over everything from bagels and sandwiches to blistered-crust pizzas. Built entirely from commercial-grade stainless steel, this compact workhorse is ideal for cafés, ghost kitchens, food trucks, and anywhere an extra oven line can boost throughput.
