Montague Legend V136-8PL is a 36-inch gas range with one 3/4-inch plancha top and a convection oven base.
The plancha has a precision-ground steel cook surface, full perimeter grease trough, two-quart hanging grease receptacle, and three 15,000 BTU/hr burners with individual controls and standing pilots.
The indirect-fired convection oven uses a blower and includes five-position adjustable rack supports with three wire pan racks standard. Its interior panels and door are porcelain lined, with a low-to-500°F thermostat.
