The Montague Legend UFSM-36C is a 36-inch free-standing modular gas charbroiler with ceramic briquettes and a three-position adjustable cast-iron Ultra-Flow reversible top grate.
It has a 30 x 24-inch cooking area, 135,000 BTU/hr input, a 3/4-inch rear gas connection with pressure regulator, and 25-inch stainless steel legs with an undershelf.
