The Montague Legend SB36-C is a heavy-duty, countertop gas infrared salamander broiler with a 32,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile burner and full-on/off control.
Its counter-balanced pull-out cooking grid adjusts from 2 to 5 inches. The unit has a stainless steel front, sides, top and bottom and is intended for installation in non-combustible locations only.
