Self-Contained Condensate Collection
Collects condensate in the pan below the oven, so a waste drain connection is not required.
Remote Drain Option
Condensate can be routed to a permanent waste drain if desired.
Oven Interlocked Operation
The oven will not operate unless the hood is turned on, and the hood includes an illuminated power switch.
Automatic 2-Speed Extraction Fan
Runs at low speed during cooking, switches to high speed before cycle completion, and increases extraction when the oven door opens.
