Warranty overview
Micro Matic warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of sale. Products repaired or replaced during this period are covered for the remainder of the original term or 90 days from delivery, whichever is longer.

- Minimum invoice: $25 (orders below this amount incur a $10 service charge).
- Most items ship within 24 business hours via UPS; large or heavy units ship via freight (lift-gate service available for an additional charge).
- Merchandise returns must be authorized within 15 days, shipped prepaid in original condition, and may be subject to a minimum 20 % restocking fee.
