Micro Matic warrants that the Braumeister tower is free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of sale, under normal use and regular service. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact Micro Matic to obtain a return authorization number before shipping any item for repair or replacement. Unauthorized repairs are not covered.
Return Policy
Authorization is required for any merchandise return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped within 15 days of receipt. A 20 % restocking fee ($10 minimum) may apply. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless due to Micro Matic error.
