Unless otherwise specified, Micro Matic products carry a one-year limited product warranty from the date of sale.
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, regular service, and preventative maintenance.
The purchaser must notify Micro Matic during the warranty period, obtain a return authorization number, and ship the product per Micro Matic’s instructions.
Returns require authorization, must be shipped within 15 days of receipt, and must be unused and in original condition with original packaging and documentation. A restocking charge may apply.
