Micro Matic provides a limited product warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the Warranty Period is one year from the date of sale. Warranty service requires that the purchaser notify Micro Matic during the warranty period and obtain a return authorization.

Authorization is required for returns. Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging and documentation and shipped within 15 days of receipt. Correctly filled orders are subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum). Customers are responsible for shipping unless the return is due to a Micro Matic error. Freight must be prepaid and returned packages should be insured.

Most shipments are made within 24 business hours via UPS. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice and shipments are F.O.B. Micro Matic warehouse locations. Large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier with delivery to the back of the truck; lift gate service is available for an additional charge.

Notify Micro Matic of the defect and obtain a return authorization number before returning the product. After receipt, Micro Matic will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund products found to be defective. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.
