Built from 304 stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, adjustable lip load slides, top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat, and ENERGY STAR efficiency. Holds (14) 18"x26" or (28) 12"x20" pans, heats to 200°F, on 6" casters; 120V, 1400W, cULus/NSF certified for reliable transport and hot-holding in catering, healthcare, and foodservice.
