Durable 304 stainless steel construction with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, adjustable lip-load slides, and a top-mounted analog thermometer plus electro-mechanical thermostat. Holds (9) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" pans, heats up to 200°F, ENERGY STAR® certified, cULus and NSF listed, 120V/1400W with 6" casters for easy transport.
