Metro C569L-SDC-UPDCA C5 heated holding cabinet delivers reliable, mobile hot-holding for busy kitchens. This full-height, pass-thru unit features insulated Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors, top-mounted controls with analog thermometer, ducted heating and a 70°–200°F thermostat to keep food at safe serving temps. Built of durable 304 stainless steel, it holds up to 17 full-size or 32 half-size pans on adjustable 1-1/2" wire slides, rolls on 5" casters (two locking), and runs on 120V with NSF and cULus certifications—ideal for catering, cafeteria, and restaurant use.
