This mobile, half-height insulated cabinet features double-pane tempered glass doors, a top-mount control with analog thermometer, ducted heating and thermostat adjustable from 70°–200°F. Built of durable 304 stainless steel with 5" casters (2 locking) and 1-1/2" wire slides, it holds up to (17) 18" x 26" pans and meets NSF and cULus standards.
