Metro C565-SFS-UA C5 heated holding cabinet delivers reliable, energy-efficient hot-holding for busy kitchens. This mobile, half-height insulated cabinet features solid doors, top-mount controls with analog thermometer, ducted heating and a 70°–200°F thermostat.
