Metro C565-SFC-UA C5 Heated Holding Cabinet from Metro keeps food hot, fresh and visible with insulated double-pane tempered glass doors and a ducted heating system. Mobile half-height design with top-mount controls, analog thermometer and adjustable thermostat (70–200°F) supports up to eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans on universal wire slides. Built of durable 304 stainless steel on 5" casters, ENERGY STAR® certified and NSF/cULus listed for reliable, commercial foodservice performance.
