Metro C563L-SFS-UA C5 heated holding cabinet delivers reliable, mobile undercounter hot-hold for busy kitchens. Constructed of durable 304 stainless steel with insulated solid door, top-mount controls and analog thermometer, it offers a ducted heating system and thermostat (70°–200°F) to keep food at safe serving temps. Holds up to five 18" x 26" or ten 12" x 20" pans on adjustable wire slides, rolls on 3" casters, and runs on standard 120V power (1440W). cULus and NSF listed for commercial use.
