Full-height, insulated construction with Dutch insulated aluminum doors and Grey Insulation Armour™ maintains temperatures up to 200°F with a removable bottom-mount control module and thermostat. Holds 18 full-size or 34 half-size pans on fixed wire slides (3" centers), runs on 120V/2000W with 5" casters (2 brakes), and meets cULus and NSF standards for safe commercial use.
