Metro C537-HFS-U C5 Insulation Armour Heated Holding Cabinet is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for foodservice operations. Insulated cabinet and door with Red Insulation Armour™, removable bottom-mount control module and thermostat to 200°F keep food at safe serving temperatures; universal adjustable wire slides hold up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" pans. Durable aluminum construction, 5" casters (2 with brakes), 120V/2000W power and cULus/NSF certifications make it ideal for high-volume kitchens and catering.
