Metro C537-HFC-4-GYA C5 Insulation Armour Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4-height heated cabinet designed to keep food at safe serving temperatures up to 200°F. Featuring Grey Insulation Armour, a clear polycarbonate door, removable bottom-mount control module, 14 fixed wire slides on 3" centers and 5" casters (2 locking), this durable aluminum cabinet accepts either 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans. Reliable 120V/2000W operation, thermostat control, cULus and NSF listings make it ideal for high-volume kitchens, catering and foodservice operations.
