This mobile, half-height unit features Grey Insulation Armour™, a clear polycarbonate door, removable bottom-mount control module, and thermostat to 200°F. Holds up to eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans on fixed wire slides, runs on 120V at 2000W, and includes 5" casters with brakes — cULus and NSF listed for commercial use.
