The Merrychef STACK-48 is an all-stainless-steel double oven cart for use with double e4 ovens. It has two shelves, a welded undershelf, shelf paddle runners, and heavy-duty stem casters with all casters locking.
The shelf positions are adjustable. The cutsheet lists top-shelf settings of 48.25 in, 47 in, and 45.75 in, plus bottom-shelf settings of 21.5 in, 20.25 in, and 19 in.
