The Merco CrispyMax CMR2227 is a fully assembled stainless steel rack designed to fit around a triple-lane Merco CrispyMax and provide an upper shelf for a Merco hot holding cabinet up to 30.5 inches wide.
The rack provides additional vertical space and features shoulder bolts for custom accessories. The Merco CrispyMax and hot holding cabinet are not included.
