Merco CrispyMax™ CMC18 Single/Double-Lane Holding Unit Cart with Left-Hinged Door, Removable Shelf, and Two Locking Casters
The Merco CMC18 CrispyMax matching cart is designed to support a single- or double-lane CrispyMax unit, which is not included. It positions the unit at an optimum height next to a fryer and provides enclosed storage beneath.
The cart features stainless steel construction, one left-hinged swing door with magnetic closure, one removable interior shelf, four swivel casters with locking front casters, a raised edge around the sides and back, and a cord wrap on the back of the cabinet.
