A 2" thick stone deck, exclusive left-to-right burner system and 300 – 650 °F thermostat put precision and old-world flavor right on your cook line.

  • Factory Start-Up Service available (additional charge) to fine-tune gas pressure, thermostat calibration and burner performance prior to first use.
  • All utility hookups, hood and fire-suppression systems must be in place before scheduling start-up.
  • This unit ships on its own skid; plan for 36" minimum doorway width or have liftgate service ready.
Important: Installation must comply with local gas, fire and building codes. A licensed gas technician is required for connection and commissioning.
