The Marsal MB 42 Stacked oven combines two 36" × 42" baking chambers, a massive 2" stone deck, and Marsal’s signature left-to-right burner system to deliver fast, even heat that never needs pie rotation. Built, tested, and certified in the USA, it’s the go-to workhorse for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants that refuse to compromise on crust quality.
