The Marsal MB 236 combines a 1½" fire-brick deck, arched brick-lined ceiling and Marsal’s signature air-chamber burner to deliver even heat from 300 °F–650 °F with virtually no need to rotate pies. Built and certified in the USA, it’s the compact workhorse engineered for busy slice shops, bars and satellite kitchens.
