Old-World brick-oven results.Built for high-volume slice shops, the MB 236 pairs Marsal’s signature left-to-right burner system with an arched refractory brick-lined ceiling and a 1 ½" thick brick deck. The result is a powerful, even bake from 300 °F to 650 °F—no pie rotation required.
