The MF Fan Series exhaust fans are specifically designed for use with cooking appliances and grease applications. These high-temperature exhaust fans from Marra Forni ensure the necessary negative pressure is maintained for all high-temperature ventilation needs, with exhaust capacities ranging from 130 to 2100 CFM, depending on the model. 120 VAC, 1PH, 60 Hz, with a current range of 1.0 amp to 3.7 amp. Product Features • Construction: Both the housing and impeller are made from 316L stainless steel. • Ease of Maintenance: The base comes with a tool-less clamp and hinge, allowing for easy access to the impeller for routine maintenance and cleaning. • Variable Speed Control: A remote-mounted variable speed control switch is included, enabling adjustment of the exhaust rate to suit current conditions. (Refer to the installation manual for wiring details) Installation Notes • Rain Cap and Fan Control: The rain cap and variable speed fan control are shipped inside the exhaust fan box and must be installed in the field. • Electrical Connection: The electrician is responsible for connecting the fan interlock on the oven to the variable speed fan control and the exhaust fan. The fan interlock provides power to the Marra Forni exhaust fan. UL Listing Certification: • UL378 Standard for Draft Equipment, rated up to 1,000°F continuous, 1400°F abnormal operation. • UL705 Standard for Power Ventilators. • UL762 Standard for Power Roof Ventilators for Restaurant Exhaust Appliances, rated up to 1,400°F abnormal operation.
