The Manitowoc Indigo IRP0800W is a water-cooled, self-contained commercial ice maker designed to produce full-size dice cubes.
It produces up to 781 lb. of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with 692 lb. per 24 hours at 90°F air and 70°F water under AHRI-certified conditions. The 30-inch-wide unit uses an easyTouch display with 13 language options, programmable production settings, one-touch cleaning instructions, automatic alerts, and self-diagnostic technology.
