Manitowoc IDP1000AP is an Indigo NXT Series correctional ice maker with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. It produces full-size dice cubes at up to 970 lb per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water; AHRI-certified production is 790 lb per 24 hours at 90°F air and 70°F water.
The easyTouch display offers 13 language options, date and time display, automatic reminders and alerts, asset information, accessory detection, continuous operating status, programmable production settings, and one-touch cleaning instructions. For this correctional model, the display is hidden behind the solid front door panel.
