Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the MKE48 delivers rock-solid temperature consistency across a generous 4-foot plate. Its 1" thick polished steel surface, embedded probes and heavy-duty elements recover heat fast — so you can keep breakfast, lunch and dinner lines moving without missing a beat.
