Purpose-built for the demands of high-volume kitchens, the Legion TWSWT-80 combines an 80-gallon (303 L) capacity with the speed and efficiency of direct steam. A seamless 304 stainless liner, 30 psi operating pressure and self-locking worm-gear tilt mechanism deliver years of reliable, even heating for soups, sauces, stocks and beyond—while its space-saving wall-mount bracket keeps valuable floor space clear.
