Compact in size yet engineered for heavy-duty performance, the 5-gallon Legion TEH-5F pairs a fully jacketed, self-contained kettle with an integrated MV twin-shaft mixer—delivering rapid, even heating and hands-free agitation in one space-saving, floor-mounted unit. Perfect for small-batch sauces, soups, custards, confectionery and more.

Rugged 2″ tubular stainless steel frame with coved-corner sliding drawer for utensils or chemicals.
