• Seamless 304 stainless steel kettle liner with integrally-formed radius lip for hygienic pour-off.
• 2/3 steam jacket, 304L stainless, self-contained – no external boiler required.
• 6 kW field-replaceable heating elements reach cooking temperature fast and recover quickly between batches.
• Precision thermostat control 150 °F – 285 °F maintains set temperature without guesswork.
• Factory-installed MV single-speed mixer (1/3 HP) keeps sauces, custards and soups lump-free: 17 RPM anchor agitator with nylon scraper + 43 RPM counter-rotating beater.
• Full body mineral-wool insulation keeps jacket heat in, kitchen heat out – safer and more energy-efficient.
• Right-side stainless control console with power & status lights, pressure gauge, low-water cut-off and automatic jacket water fill port.
• Balanced, manual tilt mechanism empties the kettle smoothly to the last ounce.
• Pressure relief valve and positive rim-lock latch protect both operator and equipment.
• All-stainless exterior (liner, jacket, console & base plate) stands up to daily wash-downs and harsh detergents.
