Every Legion TEH Kettle is skillfully designed, rigorously inspected and carefully packaged to meet Legion’s rigid standards of excellence. Your purchase is protected by the company’s comprehensive Limited Warranty, outlined below for quick reference.

Warranty at a Glance

• Standard coverage: 12 months from the date of installation, or 15 months from ship date (whichever comes first).
• Wear-parts coverage: Drawer-off valves, faucet & spray heads, valve stem packing & seats, sight glasses, timers, indicator lights and switches are covered for 90 days.
• Repair parts: Components replaced in the field by a Legion Authorized Service Agency carry 3-month parts/labour coverage from the repair date.
• Labour allowance: Up to 2 hours travel round-trip and 1.5 hours on-site per warranty visit.
• Extended protection: Optional 1- or 2-year extensions available for an additional 3 % of the unit’s list price (must be purchased with the kettle).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Failure to register the equipment with Legion within 10 days of installation.
• Freight damage, improper utility connections, inadequate ventilation or misuse.
• Units that have been modified, relocated from their original installed position, or serviced with non-factory parts.
• Routine cleaning, chemical or abrasive damage, or adjustments that fall under normal operator maintenance.
• Labour to remove adjacent objects to gain access to the equipment.

Installation & Compliance

• Installation must be performed by a qualified technician and comply with all applicable local codes (UL, NSF, ASME, CSA, GGA, ETL, etc.).
• The owner-user is responsible for providing the proper utilities (electric, steam, gas or water) as required by the model.
• Inspect shipment for concealed damage and file any freight claims within 10 days of delivery.
