Engineered for high-output kitchens, the Legion LT-40 delivers 40 gallons (151 L) of even, energy-efficient steam cooking in a rock-solid, leg-mounted package. Its deep-drawn construction eliminates interior weld seams, ensuring maximum sanitation and long-term durability.

• Seamless 304 stainless steel kettle liner  – no interior welds, easy to clean.
• 2/3 jacketed design for rapid, uniform heat transfer using direct steam.
• 30 psi operating pressure handles demanding production schedules.
• 2 in. 304 stainless compression draw-off valve with 1/4 in. perforated disk strainer.
• Three 1 5/8 in. Ø stainless legs with reinforced bracing & adjustable flanged feet.
• One-piece domed stainless cover with actuator assist (included).
• Built to applicable ASME & NSF standards; manufactured in Waynesboro, Georgia.
