Engineered for heavy production and decades of service, the Legion LSWT-80 brings rapid, even heating and effortless clean-up to high-volume kitchens while saving floor space with its rugged wall-mount design.

Each kettle is deep-drawn from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel for a seamless, sanitary interior. A 304L full steam jacket surrounds the bowl, delivering outstanding thermal efficiency up to its 30 psi rating. The standard actuator-assisted cover makes one-handed operation easy, and a 2 inch compression draw-off valve with ¼ inch perforated strainer keeps particulates out of the plumbing system.
