Full-jacketed • Wall-bracket mounted • Made in USAEngineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the LSWT-25 delivers 25 gallons / 95 litres of even, steam-powered cooking in a space-saving wall-mounted design. Its seamless 304 stainless steel liner, full steam jacket and 2 in. compression draw-off valve make bulk production of soups, sauces, pastas and stocks faster, safer and simpler.
